- Your account manager will follow up with any questions and work with you to find a pricing option that fits your budget.
- Our designers will start right away. You'll review the first round in as little as two business days.
- Collaborate with your designer and account manager until the deck is perfect.

FAQs
Who works on my projects?
Lightboard's design team is U.S. based, and each designer has at least 3 years of agency experience. They're managed by veteran project managers and art directors, giving you effective and reliable design.
How do I request a project?
Anyone in your team can fill out a project request through our browser-based project management platform. Your account manager will review the request, clarify any questions, and then provide an estimate and schedule.
How many revisions do I get?
With memberships, there are no limits to revisions. We'll keep working until you're delighted. With hourly pricing, we usually plan for three rounds of revisions.
Do I get the working files?
Yes, we deliver the working files at the end of every project (i.e. editable Photoshop, packaged InDesign, etc.).
How do I work with my team?
Your account manager is available by phone or email Monday-Friday during Lightboard business hours (9:30AM-5:30PM PT). You can chat with your design team anytime through our platform.
Will my design team understand my brand?
Your dedicated account manager will work with you on all of your projects and learn about your brand as well as your own working style in ensure projects flow smoothly through Lightboard.
Do I work with the same designer?
You will have a dedicated account manager who will coordinate all of your projects. S/he will ensure your projects are consistent, and work with a rotating team of designers. With quarterly contracts (or longer) you will have a design lead to ensure consistency across your projects.
What if I have a very large project?
We handle projects large and small. For very large projects, your account manager will work with you to break it up into milestones we move through our system. While not every large project is appropriate for Lightboard, we can usually accommodate them with planning and coordination.
How do I know if a project is right for my Lightboard team?
We've completed thousands of projects for marketing teams. We specialized in digital, web, and print. Anything that you need to support your marketing and sales teams, we should be able to deliver. When in doubt, ask your account manager.
